History

Norton Archers may have only been formed in June 2010 but there is a history of archery at Norton Sports Complex and we've been lucky enough to have received some photographs, medals and trophies from members through the years. If anyone has anything they would like to share with us, or can name the people in or shed further light on any of the photos below, we'd love to hear from you - please just email our Chairman at chairman@nortonarchers.co.uk!

3-Year Club Development Timeline

When we set up the club we grew very quickly and learnt a lot in a short space of time. Since then, we've been asked by other clubs for advice on club development and we're always very happy to share - we'd particularly recommend joining the Archery GB ontarget Club Development programme, and writing a club development plan to keep track of where you're at and where you're going. Below is a summary of the milestones we hit in our first three years to give you an idea of our journey, and we wish you the best of luck with yours!
